Whitestown Lots
These three buildings are all multi-tenant retail facilities in the booming Northwest side of Indianapolis. We framed these buildings and have built out the interiors for a few of the tenants as well.
NEW HOPE FOR FAMILIES
New Hope for families was a 2 building project - one metal framed building and one stick framed building. We provided all the framing, windows, drywall hang and finish and D/F/H. This project turned out great, and the people of New Hope for Families are now well-positioned to serve the community of Bloomington, Indiana.
VILLAGE BOTTLE SHOPPE #5
Village Bottle Shoppe is a freestanding shopping center new build that we framed, installed sheathing, insulated, hung and finished drywall, installed doors/frames/hardware, installed ACT ceilings, and division 10 finishes. Village Bottle Shoppe is the owner with 2 more units for future tenants.
CROSSROAD ENGINEERS
Crossroad Engineers is a roughly 16,000 sq. ft. new construction designed by the owner. We had the privilege of doing all of the structural and interior framing, exterior sheathing, insulation, drywall hang and finish, ACT ceilings, doors/frames/hardware and division 10 finishes.
INGALLS CREEK SHOPPES
Ingalls Creek is a freestanding shopping center that we framed, installed sheathing and insulated to be ready for future tenants to build out.
