JL Construction Superintendents provide oversight to the operations of assigned projects. They will be responsible for overall safety, client satisfaction, resolving job issues and profit/loss on their assigned projects.

The Carpenter reports to the Project Foreman and assists the foreman with leading the JLCS construction team to perform quality carpentry tasks.. If you have experience in carpentry and a drive to grow and advance in a growing company, this may be for you!

The Foreman directs and checks their team’s work ensuring that tasks are fully completed at the highest quality standard, within the project budget and on schedule. Foreman will work with tools from time to time but their primary duty is to delegate the task at hand so they can focus on documenting the work, communicating information to the appropriate parties and looking ahead to keep their team productive.
